Belgrano, Colegiales and Núñez: the leafy north

In depth·Belgrano

The Barrancas de Belgrano, Chinatown, the new restaurants of Colegiales and Núñez, and the ESMA Museum and Site of Memory.

North of Palermo, Belgrano is a residential neighbourhood of tree-lined streets, houses and gardens, with the Barrancas, a small Chinatown by the railway, and many of the city’s newest restaurants in Colegiales, Coghlan and Núñez. On the Avenida del Libertador in Núñez stands the ESMA Museum and Site of Memory.

Take the Subte’s Line D or the Mitre railway north, and walk.

Our advice: the ESMA Museum is a sober visit; give it time.
